I'm director of a travel business and we have access to advice from Travlaw as part of our ABTOT membership. I rang their helpline recently for some guidance and spoke to Steve - he was extremely helpful regarding my query. I had also emailed them and received a fast response there too. In addition, we recently used Travlaw to review and update our booking terms and conditions. We were helped by Katherine in that case and she did a brilliant job. Running a small business which must adhere to some quite niche regulations is sometimes overwhelming and stressful. It's great to know the Travlaw team are there when we need industry-specific advice and support. Thank you!
