These solicitors are the vendors solicitors of a property I hope to purchase. Sadly they appear to be absolutely useless, don’t complete documents, don’t respond to my solicitors or even the vendors estate agents calls or emails. They promise documents to be ready and then don’t deliver. The latest issue is that I’ve had so far an 8 week delay of waiting for a document that should have taken an hour tops to complete. I wouldn’t recommend them to make the tea let alone do any conveyancing.
