Absolutely terrible experience with this solicitor. Communication was almost non-existent from start to finish. They were quick to take payment, but once the money was paid, getting a response became nearly impossible. Emails and calls were ignored for days, sometimes weeks, and important questions were left unanswered. I constantly had to chase for updates and never felt like my case was being taken seriously. Professionalism and client care were clearly lacking. For something as important as legal matters, you expect transparency, responsiveness, and proper guidance — none of which I received here. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable legal support. Save your money.
