I wanted to tell you personally though how fantastic I think Money and Me have been towards myself and my predicament. M&M have been my “go to” and friendly voice with any updates and I have always felt assured even when things seemed as far away as ever. I can see how they had this determination and never giving up approach and this in turn kept me optimistic and hopeful. It is unequivocal how they understand the severe distress clients like me have gone through in this type of situation and I never once was made to feel that it was I who had made the mistake. Even when I wasn’t fully up to speed with providing the necessary information, they never made it an issue, instead reassuring me not to worry and this gave me great confidence. I think the service I have received was nothing short of outstanding and I thank M&M for this. Please feel free to share with all your other colleagues who have played their part in me receiving my compensation. I will certainly recommend Money and Me to anyone who has the misfortune of being in the same predicament as myself.
