This is the rudest law firm I've ever seen. Shame on you Sally the office manager. I will not instruct. The reception was rude declining she will not provide her first name. I thought Sally would be sensible however she reiterated that receptionist does not have to provide me her name. I will not instruct and would definitely pass the word round.
