Reema Kanda (Paralegal) was a God send for me and my children. She is knowledgeable and professional but more importantly, she truly listened and was genuinely concerned about our safety. I had no idea what I was doing at the start but she gave me great advice at every stage. She responded to emails quickly and she regularly called me to check I was OK and that I understood everything going on. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to her. She should be very proud of how genuinely caring she is and for the excellent support she gives families in their time of need. Thank you, Reema, I don't know what I would have done without you.
