I would not recommend this solicitor. Communication has been extremely poor from start to finish. They constantly promise to call back but never do, leaving you chasing for updates all the time. Simple matters take far longer than they should, with endless delays and excuses blaming other people or circumstances instead of taking responsibility. It feels like nothing gets done unless you repeatedly follow up yourself. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and constant delays have made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly frustrating. I would not use their services again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
