Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The firm failed to exercise the reasonable skill and diligence expected in progressing my property transaction. Despite clear awareness of the mortgage deadline, there was a lack of urgency and poor communication throughout. As a result, the transaction did not complete before my mortgage offer expired, placing me at financial risk. The service fell below an acceptable professional standard. I would not recommend if you're Buying/Selling a house.
