Alan, and Courtney and the others in the office are highly professional. Courtney was exemplary at responding to urgent matters. And when I was in a legal crisis, and panicking, I said to Alan “you’re good!” and he replied charismatically “I’m like a ninja!” His confidence and prowess, assured me no end, when I needed the help.
