Really impressed with the service from Ferns Solicitors, particularly Nerea. I contacted them in the morning needing an HM Land Registry ID1 verification appointment and everything was arranged and completed by the same afternoon. Communication throughout was professional, efficient and very polite, with clear guidance on exactly what documents were needed ahead of the appointment. The whole process was straightforward and well organised, and the completed forms were scanned over to me promptly afterwards. A genuinely smooth experience from start to finish.
