The buyers of my property used this firm, unfortunately the process was delayed an extra month by this firm. Nobody covered the solicitors holiday so it ground to a halt for over a week, she then sat on information for 3 weeks, then after prompting from our solicitors then raised more issues. She also lied to our estate agents when stating when she had received paperwork, this was unfortunate as it was the estate agent that had recommended our buyers use this firm.Replying to emails was extremely slow, communication from them was always around 5pm so at close of business. It was incredibly frustrating as there was no chain so should have been straightforward but took nearly 4 months. Not sure if she has too much work on or is just lackadaisical in work ethic. I feel so strongly about this I would refuse to sell to anybody wishing to use this firm in the future.
