for the vendor. What should have been a straightforward, no-chain transaction turned into a drawn-out and frustrating process. The level of professionalism was disappointing — progress was painfully slow, and there were basic omissions in the sales contract, including something as fundamental as the buyer’s name. Communication and efficiency were well below expectations. If your seller is using this firm, I would strongly recommend asking them to appoint a different conveyancer — or seriously consider walking away from the transaction altogether. Based on this experience, I would not trust this firm to handle property sales or purchases.
