If you want a responsive solicitor who has enough staff to handle the workload they’ve taken on, look elsewhere. Every email I have sent to Abbleys Solicitors has taken a minimum of 4 weeks to get a response. Most of which are sent from generic email addresses and aren’t signed by the person who emailed you. It’s a sign of great customer service and pride in your work when you aren’t even willing to write your name at the end of the email you sent. Then when I filed a complaint about their handling of my case it took them 15 days to acknowledge the complaint, only to never hear back from them again about it. As if I had complained to a black hole. My experience suggests to me that the level and quality of service from Abbleys Solicitors is well below average and fails to meet expectations across the board.
