If zero stars were possible, that would be the appropriate rating. My review reflects my personal experience where Boyletts Law played a key role in the process. I was directly involved in the transaction and experienced the impact of delays, communication issues, and uncertainty arising during the process. Matters that should have been straightforward became unnecessarily stressful and prolonged. Repeated follow-ups were needed simply to understand what was happening and obtain basic updates. The overall experience created avoidable stress and uncertainty during an already significant process. My review is based on my genuine experience as a directly affected party in the transaction. Definitions and labels do not change the impact of the experience itself. Reliability, transparency and communication are essential in property transactions. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.
