Extrememly rude lawyers, a joke to call them professionals, because professional is the last thing they are. Their website states they go the extra mile to understand clients, extra mile? Can't even do the bare minimum. Simply rude, lack of professionalism and no sense to hold respectful conversations, and for a firm based in the ghettos of Birmingham, they surely behave like it too.
