I had a good experience with the staff. They were polite, service was quick, and they accommodated my urgent request with a same day appointment. However, I was disappointed to learn after the fact that the charges are higher than the standard rate. I was charged £60 just for witnessing a statutory declaration, whereas the typical fee for this standard service is usually between £5 and £10. While I appreciate the good customer service, the pricing feels unnecessarily high.
