Well 4 years ago my roof started leaking. My land lord didn’t respond for 15 months, that’s when I saw an add for housing disrepair and to cut a long story short Liberay legal was on my side. Within three weeks a property assessor came and took a full damage report and within a year my Claim was finally settled out of court. I finally received my check on the 13th of June this year and was very happy indeed with the outcome.
