I had an excellent experience whilst dealing with Burton Copeland. I first spoke to Lisa Nevitt who instantly put me at ease and I knew straight away I was speaking to the right company. She arranged an appointment with Gwyn Lewis. What can I say about Gwyn? The instant he talks to you he just calms you down. He is friendly, encouraging, and is that calm person you need in a head spinning situation. He was available whenever I needed to talk and had the knowledge available to hand. You can definitely tell he has been doing this for a long time and doing it to such a high standard. I want to say thank you to Gwyn, Lisa and everyone at Burton Copeland for their help and support at a time when life definitely wasn’t easy. Hopefully I never need to use them again but if I ever needed help in the future then I would definitely be using these guys!!
