Very poor experience throughout. Had to regularly chase for responses to my communications. Often left in the dark. Lack of proactivity (except for chasing for payment). Letters not passed on to me when received from opposing side. Convinced me to try to fight my corner more even when I didn’t want to, and ended up no better off in the end but with higher than necessary legal bills as a result. I wouldn’t go near them again.
