I cannot recommend James highly enough. I was working to tight deadlines due to an overseas purchase which put a lot of pressure on the UK sale James was dealing with. There were the usual complexities of an apartment with management company involvement and third parties causing delays along the way. Throughout the process James was professional, responsive and incredibly patient with me. I felt like I put him under pressure at times due to deadlines I had but he remained calm and focused. He kept me informed and did everything possible to move matters forward going above and beyond… glad to say we got there in the end thanks to James! Not the first time we’ve used him, and will continue to use him again in future where needed.
