I’m thoroughly pleased by the excellent service I received from this firm. Georgina was able to provide me with legal expertise around my rights as a tenant. This included reviewing my tenancy agreement, drafting a letter to the landlord with concerns and negotiating an amended tenancy agreement. There was so many ambiguities and unlawful sections within the agreement. I’m so glad I sought legal advice before signing as you’re often tempted to sign due how lengthy the process is.
