This review is directed to Aberdein Considine Head Office in relation to an Aberdeenshire based branch. We are very much disappointed with the experience that we have indirectly been part of as a direct result of the manner of which an Aberdeen Considine branch, has handled the sale of a house. The buyers of the house have acted quickly and their conveyancer has been efficient, yet due to the inefficiency of Aberdein Considine Aberdeenshire based staff, including the fact that they have blatantly failed to respond to repeat correspondence from the buyers conveyancer, this has resulted in the buyers now waiting in the excess of 4 months for the purchase to be concluded, indeed a completion date is not even in sight. This has had a direct knock on effect to us because the buyers of this property reside within a property that we own resulting in us being unable to move forward with the rental of our property. We now risk missing the "student market" as a direct result of this. We would never recommend Aberdein Considine and on speaking to the buyers, who are purchasing through Aberdein Considine, they are disappointed in the way in which this matter is being handled, it is as though Aberdein Considine (Aberdeenshire) simply don't care, it feels as though the sale of this house is being "kicked in the long grass" and not being perused with any speed - 17 weeks to date and no sign of missives nor move in date. If considering buying or selling through Aberdein Considine, within Aberdeenshire, please consider carefully.
