This company has given me a final notice letter out of the blue for £170 for a parking fine that never existed. They have said it is 'too late to dispute' and that I have two options: pay in full or a payment plan. If I don't pay, they will commence enforcement within 7 days. At no point have I received any previous correspondence either from the parking company or ZZPS and, from reading the other reviews, this is their business model. This is a genuine scam and I have reported the company to Trading Standards.
