Visited this firm with my sibling regarding a property matter, as soon as I stepped into their building the atmosphere felt off. I told them at the front desk we have arrived and have an appointment, the man said okay and just sat there, he didn’t decide to let the individual know we were there, then when going into the office for our meeting Mr Shah decided to leave the office door opened even tho I told him to close the door due to confidentiality as there were other clients in the other room yet he continued to say “it’s fine they don’t know you” regardless of me knowing them or not, it’s a breach of confidentiality! I then firmly told him to shut the door and he finally did. Moving forward as I was speaking he rudely interrupted me to remind me that the fee is £50 even though I have been told this on 3 different occasions over the phone, he again then mentioned the fee is £50 which I became annoyed and said I know the fee is £59 I have a job and I am not worried about the financial issues, he then began to ask me what I do for work and not focusing on the matter at hand. Honestly he did not seem professional at all, he was more ignorant then professional and if I’m honest they need to refurbish their offices too because it was giving some backstreet off the record solicitor vibes. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the advice Mr Shah gave us was also really silly and did not make sense. Go somewhere that will actually care about your case rather than just thinking of ££££!!
