I had already arranged representation, but Lawana & co demanded that I be his client and issued the other lawyer (who was there by appointment) my verbal consent to take the case. I asked for Lawana & co to arrange barrister representation. I didn't witness any barrister. However, I was pleased to be released from section within eight weeks of detainment. I tried asking Lawana & co for representation on about two other occasions, but they weren't able. I recently approached Lawana & co for representation. I thought the lawyer appointed to handle my case wasn't professional as his grammar wasn't at a high standard, and he failed to reply following my email (copied below).
