My mother had to make a claim due to escape of water from a drain under her house almost 5 YEARS ago, since then they have mostly ignored our concerns that the problem with damp and major cracks appearing both internally and externally persists and offered to decorate while ignoring the property survey that we had to pay for which disputes RSAs version, absolutely the worst insurance company I have had the misfortune to have to deal with. Had to leave 1 star because I was unable to leave none.
