I would not recommend this firm for handling smaller personal injury claims based on my experience. My case was drawn out over a period of two years, and throughout the process I was encouraged to settle out of court rather than pursue legal proceedings. In my opinion, the settlement I accepted was only a small fraction of what my injuries were worth. The accident had a significant impact on my life. I was unable to walk properly for around six months, and was seconds from dieing after council workers carried out tree-cutting work without appropriate warning signs, and I continue to experience ongoing knee problems to this day. I also felt discouraged from changing solicitors, as I was warned there could be legal consequences if I did so. This left me feeling as though I had little choice but to continue with the firm despite my concerns. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The process took two years, and I genuinely feel that very little was achieved on my behalf during that time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. I’m also contemplating seeking further legal advice.
