Avoid this firm at all costs. It’s a shocking example of legal negligence and disrespect. No strategy, no defense, no urgency. I was told about my trial on the same day, almost breaching bail. I had to research and build my own defense, while they stood back and offered no plan, no advice, and no interest. Any input I gave was treated with hostility — as though they’d rather see me convicted than helped. They ignored emails and calls, gave no clarification on legal options, never invited to office and they delay chasing critical evidence, letting the CPS delay and dodge disclosure with zero pushback. They acted more like CPS assistants than defense solicitors. To make things worse, my solicitor disappeared on holiday with no notice. When I eventually won based on my own belief there was no congratulations, no summary, no follow-up — just silence. This firm expects you to approach them with a beggar’s attitude, grateful just to be acknowledged. They want the title of solicitor without doing the work or showing the integrity it requires.
