I had previously used A&Co for a house sale, a house purchase, power off attorney, and will. Then, Katie Bassey, Tim Dysteree-Clark and Catherine Alexander were prompt, professional, and very helpful. I returned to A&CO for another house sale. This time the service received was the complete opposite. The quickest response was when payment was due, and incredulously, I received two emails sent on the same day, one in response to an email I had sent, replied to in a matter of an hour or so. I had to sit down. I felt giddy. This was not my experience during the last five months, not at all. I'm afraid this service was night and day compared to my previous experience, and not one that will lead me back to A&CO in the future.
