I had Antonia Foster and Dominic Garner look after me for my defence against a manufacturer who threatened to sue me for defamation. Dominic’s knowledge of his particular area of law is extremely good. Moreover, his understanding of the wider issues such as reputation management and commercial issues is excellent. Antonia is totally unflappable, measured, controlled and her ability to pick things up is exceptional. Both Antonia and Dominic are clearly well versed in what to do and handle aggressive correspondence from other parties. I would have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone or using them again.
