Starting out in business is stressful enough, but when a client doesn't pay and leaves you thousands of pounds out of pocket, the stress increased to a whole new level. I instructed Ian at TKN to take my case and present the facts to the debtor and after some full and frank conversation, along with the necessary applications to potentially close down the debtors business, Ian successfully recovered all of my fee, interest, and a large percentage of my costs.
