My 9 year old daughter was hit by a motorcycle on the left hand side of the car she was sitting in. The door ended up fracturing her knees and was off school for a long time, ended up doing physio and seeing a psychiatrist as she was frightened to get back in a car. She's now 12 going on 13 next year and injury solicitor still haven't dealt with the claim despite all the information they claim still waiting on a decision. I keep being emailed by new solicitors and when I do reply they return the email about 5 months later. The phoneline no one seems to answer or possibly work there and lack incompetence for a solictor service. However, this has been my own personal experience which as seen hasn't gone smoothly.
