I engaged Wembley solicitors to prepare a commercial lease, my agent was absolutely against this and wanted me to use a firm of specialist solicitors. Having done this in the past I dug my heels in and said they may be rubbish but everyone I have used in the past have been rubbish and very expensive, so I thought I may as well use a competitively priced firm. What I didnt know is Wembley solicitors have a secret weapon her name is bahaar suhail, this lady sticks with issues till they are solved. She bites back at the solicitors on the otherside. They complain about her and say she is unorthodox. Everytime I have had a lease prepared something always goes wrong and emotions run a bit high. I am not saying that didnt happen with Bahhar. You cant make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. Her doggedness and unwavering resilience to make a fair lease, I am very grateful. Even today the otherside have tried to claim money for problems in the fit out stage but Bahaar explained this is their problem and I am not liable. I wont be using any other firm.
