A very professional team from the outset. I spoke to Gemma Lewis on the phone about my experience from an injury to my shoulder and how I was dealt with or should I say wasn’t dealt with at the hospital. From that moment the process was made so much easier as before when trying to do things myself having meetings with the NHS was like banging your head against a wall and very daunting.
