Where do I begin with this lot 😂😂 they sent letters to my address to someone else, when the account should have been in my name, tried explaining that to them on the phone, that a 17 year old couldn't possibly have been responsible for the gas and electric for many reasons, but largely because I was. They insisted that it wasn't me who owed it. They tried to claim that the person they had written too had taken out a finance agreement with someone whilst at that address (also incorrect) and that made them legally responsible for gas and electric! I offered to send proof that the person they wanted wasn't the person they needed, and that it was me that they might have had a dispute with, but continued to insist they couldn't speak to me. Suffice it to say these morons buy data from a terrible source, and don't have the ability to the scam they're trying to scam people with.
