I am incredibly grateful for the hard work and effort Reanne has put into this case. It was not straightforward nor easy and yet she kept me fully apprised of the situation at all times, she was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Reanne gave me confidence and reassurance that everything that could be done was being done to deal with the external challenges posed by this sale and purchase. Another point of appreciation to note is that when Reanne was out of the office, I was informed of who my case was delegated to, Nicole picked up the case and was equally as helpful as Reanne.
