I've used Stephen Donohue for a number of house purchases and sales over the years, and he's been brilliant every single time. In fact, the reason I keep coming back is because of the service Stephen provides. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but he always makes the process feel much more manageable. He explains things clearly, and keeps everything moving along without you having to chase for updates and will hold other solicitors to account when a process is not done correctly. If you're looking for a conveyancing solicitor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephen. There's a reason I've gone back to him for multiple transactions, and I'd happily use him again in the future.
