I would strongly urge you not to use the solicitor James Robbins. In my experience whilst he is very friendly and makes convincing assurances that he will act on basic instructions, he hasn't'. Not followed through with action leaving you continuously chasing resulting in chaos and stress, all so unnecessary. Even now 4 months after completing am finding important things have not been done which is having big implications and further chasing. His colleague however Jennifer Humphreys offers a totally different experience making things very smooth and professional.. But James Robbins lets the firm down .
