Ben jones was incredible with helping me with my claim. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I ever need this type of help again, I’ll definitely be returning to him. He took on most of the stress load and only contacted me as and when he needed to. They chased everything up for me and sent everything over as and when he received it. The support I received from him was amazing also. He were so patience with me and took the time explaining everything I needed to me and give me the best assurance and advice throughout the whole process.
