Awful experience from start to finish. I was promised a certain amount of work under the terms of the retainer, but in my experience that work was not carried out. Despite having already paid for the agreed service, I was then asked to pay additional fees to carry out work that I believed was already included. I attempted to raise a formal complaint on several occasions, but I felt my concerns were ignored. Based on my personal experience, I found the firm to be disingenuous and felt that my hard-earned money was wasted. In the end, I dealt with my dispute against the retailer myself, which is exactly what I had instructed and paid the firm to assist me with in the first place. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this solicitor's firm and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
