I'm glad we turned to Just Caring Legal when a proposed funding re-assessment of a vulnerable loved one just didn't look right. Ros gave us the right advice straightaway and guided us through a very involved process to ensure our loved one was treated fairly and the right outcome was reached. If we'd tried to do this ourselves we wouldn't have had a chance, as we didn't have any of Ros's knowledge of the law and what to look out for. The money saved on behalf of our family member was a huge amount, many times what we paid in fees for advice, but more importantly we've won a victory for fairness.
