My experience of dealing Thorntons' Dundee office has been a disappointing experience. We appointed Thorntons at a time when we were grieving the death of a parent and dealing with the winding up of their family home. So far it has taken over a year to get to a conclusion. This is a company who work at a snail's pace while they sit on our inheritance and rack up considerable charges. This is a company where you have to chase information rather than feedback being readily given.
