During an incredibly difficult time, I called upon BBM to represent me for a driving offence. Whilst the case , on paper, was not been in my favor, BBM worked closely with me to help present the mitigating circumstances surrounding the offence; which were genuine but could easily have been overlooked. Mr McArthur was reassuring , professional and helped me to understand every step of the process in language I understood. We got the best possible outcome and for that I will be forever grateful. Instead of just being a number in the legal system / court room, I became a person though the representation of BBM and as a result the magistrates truly evaluated the situation before making their decision.
