I had a mixed experience with HNW Law, but overall I am satisfied with the outcome and the professionalism shown once my case was reassigned. Initially, progress was slower than expected and communication was not as effective while my file was allocated to someone called Jade Allen. In my experience, this stage felt less responsive and I would strongly suggest that if you are assigned Jade Allen, you consider requesting an alternative case handler to ensure professionalism, smoother communication and progress. That said, the experience improved significantly thereafter. Chris H. was extremely helpful and supportive, and Emma North (outstanding human and super kind) took over my case and handled everything with efficiency, clarity, and genuine professionalism. From that point onward, the process became much smoother and far more reassuring. The matter was ultimately completed with a Director, Rachel, who was exceptionally professional, approachable, and thorough in her handling of the final stages. Despite the initial challenges, I would still recommend this firm, particularly for both personal and business mortgage-related services, as the expertise and end-to-end support once the right team members were involved was strong and reliable. Overall, I would recommend them for mortgage services, while also noting that case allocation can significantly impact the client experience.
