We came into contact with this firm regarding one of the properties we manage, where we had to deal with a solicitor named Aamir, who was representing one of our tenants. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I’ve encountered in over 25 years of working in real estate and dealing with numerous solicitors and surveyors. For several months, all parties have been sending emails without receiving any meaningful response. Phone calls to the office are never answered by him, and despite repeated assurances from his assistant that he would return the calls, this has never happened I simply cannot understand this level of unresponsiveness. It is highly unprofessional and unlike anything I have experienced throughout my career.
