Along with my husband, I have been dealing with Alison Brookes. Whilst always incredibly professional, Alison offered us a very kind and gentle approach in what for us was a very sensitive and upsetting situation. She has provided clear and thorough advice throughout in helping us to navigate making a difficult decision about whether to proceed with a claim. She has shown tremendous patience and tenacity, never adding to the pressure we were already dealing with. I have been most impressed by the balance she is able to strike between personal warmth and objectivity. Just to add that her office have also been most efficient and helpful.

Barratts came highly recommeded from 2 personal contacts and I spoke with Alison regarding a potential medical negligence issue and she and the team were so helpful, so patient and so clear. This area is such a daunting area but Alison and her team helped me navigate it with ease and gave me so much reassurance and support. Google8 years agoI have had Julie Hardy represent me in a very challenging battle, she has showed nothing but compassion and empathy throughout and has always listened to my concerns with constant support and understanding.
Every obstacle put before us was removed with her professionalism and expertise! I got an apology from the people we were fighting and a settlement at the earliest opportunity. She and her secretary Angela have been absolutely wonderful. With the most challenging time of my life, I feel that without the support and professional advise I would of given up. Google3 years agoMy Brother was represented by Barrett’s for many years, our experience wasn’t the best.
My brother had to ask for everything he wanted or needed and it wasn’t very easy to get. He’s been with another Solicitior for for over 5 years now and his quality of life as improved so much. His current Solicitior is amazing and so understanding. Yesterday his tv broke and he actually said can you remember 20 years ago when I wanted this TV? He went on to say how much he had to ask and felt like he was asking for too much. I can not and would not recommend Barrett’s.
