My partner and I have used Claire Dagger a few times now for both buying and selling, and she’s absolutely incredible.
She is SO quick to respond, always makes time for you, has so much knowledge, and is quick, efficient and down to earth. Our most recent sale was difficult and I struggled a lot with stress, and Claire was empathic and compassionate and did everything she could to support me through the whole thing. We honestly can’t thank or recommend her enough.

We were lucky enough to be recommended to Chubb Bulleid by our estate agents.
Heather was our main contact but we also dealt with Tori, Leanne and Gail. My God they are efficient. Emails are replied to within hours and all other matters are handled with speed and expertise. I would like to thank all the team again for their professionalism and support. Given the level of service I felt the fee was extremely fair. Don't bother trying to shop around to save a few hundred pounds. Use this firm if you are selling or buying a house.

Claire Dagger has looked after our buying & selling of homes for us over recent years, what a pleasure to have such a lovely person look after us! Efficient throughout the process & always available to help, Clare really does go the extra mile even if it's late in the day! We are currently selling mum's property, Claire is again our go to choice! Thank you very much 😊 Rich & Sally Palmer

We had an incredible experience with Chubb Bulleid Solicitors from start to finish.
As first-time buyers, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but the whole process was handled so smoothly and professionally that it took a lot of the stress away. Claire in particular was outstanding! Her efficiency and responsiveness were genuinely impressive. At times, we even joked that she must be multiple people because everything was handled so quickly and thoroughly! We felt well-guided throughout, with clear communication at every stage, which gave us real confidence in what can otherwise be a daunting process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for a reliable and proactive solicitor.

I recently purchased my little forever home and Claire Dagger was my solicitor.
She was fantastic throughout the whole process. Claire took the time to explain anything I needed clarification on, dealt with the leasehold on the property I was selling, and handled a very difficult chain with professionalism and care. She made what could have been a stressful process for me personally so much easier. I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her.
