She explained everything in great detail and made sure that I always understood what was happening at every stage. She showed a lot of support and understanding whilst handling it all with a high level professionalism. Not only was he sensitive and compassionate in his communication but he was informative and ensured I understood the process every step of the way, especially as feelings were heightened throughout the duration of this time due to the nature of the proceedings.
