Google4 months agoWas treated so innapropriately by both Nagwa and Saad in the customer service team, I was told what I went through couldn’t be helped and had my call terminated when asking to speak to someone else/manager.
They ask you to recount such traumatic experiences only to refuse to actually help you, even when you’re told to ring them after severe domestic abuse. Avoid this place unless you want to feel even more helpless.

no formal introduction when changing handlers, correspondence from this service is 0! You end up doing the work yourself! I would strongly advise people doing these type of claims themselves! Review yet to be revisited due to escalating to manager! So far very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.. escalated to manager to sort internally aswell as legal handler of all files! Total lack of service!!

Google9 months agoStates that they deal with domestic abuse cases and also advertise this everywhere but if your looking for a solicitor due to domestic abuse please aviod and find someone else.
I didn't ever meet a solicitor or speak to anyone on the phone my case was managed by a paralegal via emails whilst I was still suffering from mental health due to coercive control and domestic violence, I lost the case due to not having enough evidence, but the communication and support from this company was at a poor standard and I believe if I chose a better solicitor that had an understanding in this type of case I would of had a better chance very poor and unprofessional service. Avoid

Google11 months agoChaymae was very kind and empathetic throughout the application process.
When I started getting overwhelmed talking to her about my traumas she gave options to either continue the call, take a break or move over to WhatsApp messages. The application was so easy with her help :)
