Google4 months agoWriting this on behalf of my brother who was recently represented by Samantha Smith in magistrates court.
Honestly Sam is amazing at what she does and was seriously invested in my case... through her expertise she managed to get half of my charges dropped entirely and the other I was found not guilty for. Sam know's her law and court room's extremely well so if you are assigned her as a solicitor your in good hands. Shame I personally got let down by my representatives from Draycott but at least they have 1 decent solicitor.

From the very beginning she was clear, professional and genuinely reassuring during a very stressful time. My case was not straightforward, but Sam handled everything with confidence and kept me fully informed throughout. She took the time to understand my situation and presented my case in the best possible way in court. Thanks to her work, I received a far better outcome than I was expecting — a 1 year disqualification and a fine, with no community service or suspended sentence. Google7 months agoYesterday, Sam Smith represented me at my trial.
After just the 1st out of 4 witnesses it was over. Sam had the witnesses false statements wrapped and exposed. She was confident, well prepared and took no shit, she was impressive to watch. I wouldn't have anyone else represent me ever again (hopefully won't need to). Both my charges were returned NOT GUILTY!!!! Sam went above and beyond even after the hearing giving advice and a conclusion report for me to use to get my life back on track. As you can tell she is HIGHLY recommended by me

Caitlin was amazing from start to finish, she was professional, polite and made me feel at ease in one of the hardest times. If I ever had a question or needed advice she would always email back or call me back if needed. Caitlin explained everything in depth from start to finish. Thanks to Caitlin I have my life back, I’ll never be able to thank her enough. I know I made the right choice when looking for a solicitor and if anyone finds themselves in a horrible situation I can only assure you to put your trust in them. Michelle who I briefly dealt with was also great and again professional and polite and always on the end of a phone if I needed any help.
